Surface Water Lines

Temporary above ground water lines are being sought be companies in an effort to transport water from impoundment ponds to well sites for fracking purposes.  These temporary water lines run above the ground across the property and typically remain in place for less than three months.  However, their location and duration may greatly impact and restrict the use of your property during critical and unwanted time periods.

Do not be fooled into believing that you must consent to the placement of water lines across your property because it allegedly permitted by the terms of your lease!
