As a Susquehanna County Landowner, we have been involved in the Marcellus Shale dealings.  Needless to say, there were many issues that were unfamiliar to us regarding oil leases, survey permissions and easement requests.  Through a family member, we were given the name of the Clark Law Firm.  I contacted them and explained  our needs and concerns.  We imnmediately felt that they were on top of things regarding these issues.  A conference call was arranged with Doug, and he explained in simple terms exactly what we needed to do with the multiple documents that were presented to us.  On our behalf, the Clarks reviewed our legal documents and worked with the necessary individuals to come to a mutually agreeable arrangement regarding our property and a Right of Way Easement request.  Going forward, if the need arises to seek legal representation, I would certainly recommend the Clark Law Firm.  Thank you Doug, Marceea and Vanessa for your professionalism and expertise!
